AWANA Schedule
All clubs start promptly at 6:00 p.m. and end at 7:30 p.m. each Wednesday (A fellowship meal is available from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The cost is $3 for kids and $4 for adults with a $12 maximum per family.). Cubbies meet in their rooms to start the evening. Truth & Training and Sparks clubbers start the evening on the game squares with a flag ceremony. Every club night consists of the following activities.
Handbook Time
Clubbers work one-on-one with trained leaders who listen to them recite the verses they learn during the week. In this small group setting, clubbers are encouraged to demonstrate an understanding of the verses they learn. Achievements are recognized with a series of awards at every level of progress. This is where the clubbers study the Word of God.
Council Time
TThis is a fun time of singing and worship, testimonies, and Bible stories and lessons. This is where the clubbers hear the Word of God.
Game Time
Clubbers love AWANA games! Clubbers participate in fun and exciting circle games exclusive to AWANA. During daylight savings time, all games take place outside, weather permitting. During standard time, the games move indoors. All activities for Cubbies take place indoors.
Closing Time
We gather again in the Fellowship Hall at 7:20 p.m. where we celebrate special recognitions, awards, and announcements before we dismiss.
